Lord of Kittens is a personal blog by Kvn. It was started as a supplement to my normal article and guide writing to provide a less formal medium for talking about World of Warcraft.
I, Kvn, have been playing World of Warcraft since just before the game went to retail. I began with a druid, dallied with a Horde rogue a bit, then decided that cat druid was definitely the life for me. I love the PvE aspects of the game, but due to limited feral druid gear I decided to put my heart into PvP. After learning a lot about running flags and three hour queue times, I finally hit Field Marshal, equipped my Field Marshal’s Sanctuary set, and decided I’d beaten the game. Then my fiancee reactivated my account and told me we were going to raid. I managed to join a wonderful friendly raiding guild that let me stay feral and saw all of the pre-Burning Crusade raid content, though not necessarily beat it all.
I continued to play Feral in Burning Crusade, joining a raiding guild in time to see Vashj, Kael’thas, Archimonde, and finally Illidan die before the content was made easier in preparation. Around this time I realized that questing and levelling was my favorite aspect of the game, and I decided to put my heart into trying for Realm First Death Knight for Wrath of the Lich King. Installation issues and having to work put a bit of a damper on my plan, but after playing quite a bit (and sleeping eight hours!) for a little over two days I had Realm First Death Knight, and nearly Realm First Human.
I now play casually, experiencing bits of the game at a time. I really wanted Realm First Death Knight and a shiny new Blue Dragonhawk mount, and with those out of the way I spend my time playing with friends, helping my fiancee with her Insane title (accepting donations of herbs, cards, and anything Darkmon Faire-related!), and slowly collecting mounts. Oh, and giving out WoW advice to anyone unfortunate enough to ask me.

Interesting point, I wonder what happened with them and their guides? I’ll take it down later today and get in contact with them.
